Resource Planner

Egnatia Aviation is seeking a Resource Planner to join our Approved Training Organization team and play a vital role in supporting our flight training operations. This position is central to ensuring smooth scheduling, efficient resource utilization, and compliance with aviation standards.

🚀 What You’ll Do

This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of flight operations, efficient resource management and strict adherence to regulatory and internal operational standards. You will collaborate closely with the Resource Manager (RM), Maintenance and CAMO and other operational departments to ensure that aircraft, instructors, and schedules are aligned for safe and efficient operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with maintenance teams to secure aircraft availability.
• Managing our flight planning system and keeping operations compliant.
• Acting as crew control officer – ensuring instructors’ rosters meet duty and rest requirements.
• Preparing and proposing monthly instructor rosters for management approval.

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For

• Experience in flight operations and flight planning (preferably in a training or airline environment).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle real-time operational challenges.
• Fluent in English and confident with technology, especially scheduling and operational platforms.

Bonus points if you bring:

• Knowledge of EASA regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a resource planning or aviation operations role.
