To provide the best customer support to the incoming new user training assignments and Genesis events Class creation and marketing of monthly training newsletters. Monitor and respond to incoming emails on the CTRD inbox and the Training mailbox. Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Must be a fast learner, has a good eye to detail, can work with minimal supervision and a good team player. Must have a good command of the English language, written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance and coordination to training requests and class related inquiries from clients.
• Assign trainers to new users and to users requesting training through the Helpdesk, Account managers and Client Success Managers.
• Create and promote the Monthly and Adhoc classroom and webinar schedule, as well as Seminar invites to clients.
• Issue Certificates of Class Attendance to clients.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Computer skills – must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe and Outlook.
• With minimal knowledge on CRM applications or is willing to be trained.
• Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate organization is preferred.
• Has a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Have a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Has an open and growth mindset.
• Must be willing to work on any shift.
