What You'll Do 

Install, diagnose and repair residential water systems, with a focus on water treatment equipment, well tanks, well pumps, and water heaters.  

Provide homeowners with clear explanations, honest recommendations, and options for repairs or upgrades 

Educate customers on system performance, maintenance needs, and drinking water quality 

Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan, including materials used and time on-site 

Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained 

Follow all safety procedures and comply with codes and internal policies 

Represent Dierolf’s values and mission in every interaction 

What We're Looking For 

2+ years of technical experience in the water industry 

Strong communication and problem-solving skills 

Confidence in presenting repair and upgrade options to customers 

Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently 

Proficient with plumbing tools and familiar with local codes 

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

Willingness to continually learn and grow in your role 

Plumbing licensure or relevant certifications are a plus
