We are seeking a Residential Skilled Craftsman with broad residential remodeling experience to join our Production team full-time. This hands-on role performs high-level work across multiple trades while contributing to beautifully executed custom projects for discerning homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

Perform demolition, framing, drywall, finish carpentry, tile setting, and other construction tasks to high-quality standards.

Execute minor electrical and plumbing work under licensed supervision.

Install flooring, cabinetry, trim, and interior/exterior finishes with precision and attention to detail.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site daily.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Lead Craftsmen, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule and within scope.

Safely operate hand and power tools and manage material handling and transport.

Communicate professionally with clients and team members, representing Sea Pointe’s commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

7+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience.

Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of home construction.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Own truck, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and complete set of trade tools.

Strong troubleshooting abilities, craftsmanship focus, and exceptional attention to detail.

Professional, positive attitude with a friendly, people-first approach.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements

Medium to heavy physical work: frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs.; occasional lifting above 50 lbs.

Regular standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
