Shoals Overhead Door is seeking a motivated, coachable, and dependable individual to join our residential service team. As a 5-star company, we’re looking for a 5-star person to represent our brand through high-quality garage door installation and service.

About the Role

This position involves installing, servicing, and maintaining residential overhead doors, openers, and related equipment. You’ll interact directly with homeowners, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate estimates, and professional communication.

Comfortable working with hand and power tools

Ability to create estimates and discuss options with customers

Trade experience or mechanical aptitude preferred

Sales experience a plus

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check

Reliable transportation to and from the shop

Earnings Potential: Up to $60,000+ in the first year (based on experience and effort)
