Job Title: Service Plumber

Job Responsibilities

Maintain, Service, and Repair home Water, Sewage, and Gas lines in the residential homes

Process and handle internal and external paperwork regarding all customer work performed

Use both common and proprietary concepts, practices, and procedures to handle your daily duties

Handle your On-Call rotations including {nights/weekends/holidays}

Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials

What Does Winning Look Like

Provide Fast, Friendly, and Fun customer service to ensure the highest 5-star quality in our marketplace

Communicate with CSRs, co-workers, and other departments via email, text message, and phone calls

Install new Interior and Exterior, Water Sewer, and Gas Lines

Be able to proficiently clean and clear Interior/Exterior Blockages

Manage Customers' concerns and issues and work to resolve them in a positive, timely fashion.

Experience needed to win

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum of 1-5 years of general plumbing experience

ACHD Apprentices Preferred but not Required

Skills Needed to Win

Excellent written and verbal skills

High Energy and Highly Motivated

Detail Oriented

Able to Multi-task

Honesty and Integrity

Mechanically inclined

Able to distinguish between different Plumbing systems and making repairs

Self-motivated but able to take direction and be part of a team

Maintain a Professional Company Image at all times

Valid PA driver's License with a good driving record

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Excellent written and verbal skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely lift up to 100lbs

Able to work overtime, nights, and weekend hours

Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl

Pay Scale

Pay will be based on experience and work ethic.

$25 - $35 per hour

Annual Income Expectation $80,000 - $120,000 based on performance

High Commission, Performance, and Bonus Pay
