Residential Real Estate Staff Appraiser

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Residential Real Estate Staff Appraiser to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for performing residential property appraisals, ensuring accurate valuation based on market trends, property features, and comparables. You will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate appraisals while adhering to industry regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate appraisal, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in residential property appraisal.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets and appraisal methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in appraisal software A La Mode. and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
• Familiarity with local market conditions and regulations.

Duties

• Conduct research of residential properties to assess condition, features, and market value.
• Compile data on comparable properties and analyze market trends.
• Prepare detailed appraisal reports, including explanations of valuation methods and findings.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all appraisal processes.
• Communicate appraisal results effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously update knowledge of market trends and appraisal techniques.
