About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Residential Project Coordinator & Site Supervisor to support day-to-day project coordination, site supervision, and finishing works for residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be practical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling minor handyman and installation tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure smooth progress according to schedule.

• Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery.

• Perform basic installation, painting touch-ups, and rectification works when required.

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks during and after project completion.

• Manage material orders, site logistics, and progress reporting.

• Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and contractors to resolve site issues.

• Support project handover and ensure defects are rectified promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site supervision, interior renovation, or related trades.

• Strong hands-on and practical skills; capable of minor repair and installation work.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to read floor plans and construction drawings.

• Possess Class 3 driving licence preferred.

• Independent, reliable, and responsible in managing site tasks.
