About the Role
The Residential Program Manager (RPM) is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned Individual Supported Living (ISL) homes. Each RPM supports up to three homes and works closely with House Managers, Assistant House Managers, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on operational oversight, staff support, and compliance.
What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned ISL homes
Supervise and coach House Managers and Assistant House Managers
Ensure services align with Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) and HCBS requirements
Serve as a primary contact for guardians and Support Coordinators
Conduct regular on-site visits and provide leadership presence
Support staffing coverage and schedule execution
Participate in rotational administrator on-call coverage
Ensure documentation and compliance tasks are completed accurately and on time
Escalate concerns appropriately instead of letting problems linger
You’ll balance empathy with accountability, supporting staff while maintaining standards.
Required
4 years of experience in HCBS, residential, or human services
Experience supervising staff in a residential or support setting
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to lead with integrity and consistency
Experience in ISL or group home services
Familiarity with HCBS, Medicaid, or person-centered planning
Driver's License
High School Diploma or GED
Schedule & Expectations
Full-time, salaried role
Scheduled Monday-Friday
Rotational on-call responsibility
9 Paid holidays per year
