Residential Plumbing General Superintendent

Williams Plumbing is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead our high-end custom residential plumbing projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, mentors their team, and thrives in delivering exceptional results.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee multiple high-end custom home plumbing projects, from rough-in to final trim

Lead, mentor, and hold plumbing superintendents and crews accountable for quality, safety, and schedule

Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and tools to keep projects running efficiently

Conduct daily site inspections, enforce plumbing codes, and ensure work meets luxury home standards

Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and field teams to solve problems quickly

Drive continuous improvement and maintain the high standards of the Williams Plumbing brand

What We’re Looking For:

Journeyman Plumber license required

5+ years of residential plumbing experience; luxury/custom home experience strongly preferred

Proven leadership skills: ability to motivate, mentor, and hold teams accountable

Deep knowledge of plumbing codes, installation best practices, and safety standards

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

High integrity, professionalism, and pride in delivering flawless results
