We’re looking for a Licensed Residential Service Plumber for a 100% commission-based role. This position is ideal for a confident, experienced plumber who can diagnose issues, present solutions clearly, and take ownership of their work. What you'll do::
• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related service calls.
• Repair pipes, tanks and water fixtures as needed.
• Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.
• Testing systems for leaks and other problems.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.

What we're looking for::
• Residential Service Plumbers with 3+ years of residential service experience
• Master or Journeyman License preferred.
• Backflow License preferred.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and replace.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to take care of customers Plumbing needs.
• Desire to learn and grow in your profession.
• Motivated to drive your own income through uncapped commissions.
• Ability to pass pre-employment requirements.
• Clear driving record with valid driver's license.
