Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000
Position Overview: The Residential Operations Manager is responsible for driving profitable residential growth across assigned markets through disciplined operations and sales leadership, storm response execution, and team development. This role focuses on regional expansion, producing high quality builds, recruiting and training high-performing sales teams, strategic lead generation, strong cross-functional coordination, and delivering a best-in-class, referable customer experience

Essential Functions:
Lead regional residential operations and sales to drive profitable growth
Recruit, train, coach, and manage high‑performing sales teams
Recruit and oversee subcontractors, crews, materials, and build schedules
Ensure quality execution and customer satisfaction on all projects
Execute storm response and support regional market expansion
Implement and optimize residential lead generation programs
Standardize products, pricing, and scopes of work across teams
Partner cross‑functionally to resolve issues and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong technical knowledge of building systems and construction methods
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers, team members
Ability to work independently in field environments
Proficiency with documentation tools, photography, and basic technology
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Alignment with company values and professional standards
Education and Experience:
3–5+ years of residential operations & sales leadership experience
Proven ability to recruit, train, and scale sales teams
Experience in storm-driven and retail residential sales environments
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Regular travel to job sites and client locations
Ability to safely access elevated work areas, including ladders and roofs when required
Ability to perform inspections requiring climbing, standing, bending, and working at heights
Ability to carry 50lbs or more
Compliance with OSHA regulations, safety requirements, and company safety policies
Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening and participate in random drug testing
Weekend work may be required based on workload, inspections, and service demands
