We are growing and currently seeking a full-time skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our talented team.This is an exciting time to join BlueStone as we continue to grow and build exceptional residential properties.

SUMMARY

This is a full-time position that will perform a variety of general maintenance and repairs within the London, Ontario residential portfolio. Our growing residential portfolio currently consists of 14 buildings across 7 sites, with over 1400 units.

Opportunity to join a close-knit team consisting of a Residential Maintenance Manager, Residential Services Coordinator, Maintenance Labourers, and Maintenance Technicians

DUTIES

Repair and maintain occupied and vacant units

Repair and maintain residential building systems (boilers, HVAC, generators, minor plumbing and electrical, life safety)

Work collaboratively with the building management team to execute suite turnovers and make readys

Assist with site mobilization and demobilization and clean up with respect to work orders and unit turnovers

Operate hand and power tools as well as heavy equipment

Participate in on-call rotation on weekends and evenings (approx. 1 week on call every 7 weeks)

REQUIREMENTS

2 years of maintenance experience in a residential setting

Proficient with computer and smartphone

Valid G driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract

Criminal background check required (paid by BlueStone)

Courteous manners with the public

Excellent time management

Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
