Residential & Light Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our Lincoln, NE team. This full-time role focuses on generating new business, managing customer relationships, and supporting roofing projects from initial consultation through signed contracts. The ideal candidate is a personable, results-driven professional who thrives in face-to-face sales and has a strong understanding of residential and light commercial construction.

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will identify leads, meet with homeowners and property owners, provide accurate estimates, and ensure smooth coordination with production teams. This role combines sales, customer service, and project support, offering a competitive base salary plus commission and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage roofing sales leads through referrals, inbound inquiries, and proactive outreach in Lincoln, NE
• Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess roofing needs and project scope
• Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and contracts for residential and light commercial roofing projects
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoff
• Follow up with prospects and customers to close sales and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, estimates, and customer interactions

Requirements:
• Experience in roofing, construction sales, or in-home residential sales preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads, opportunities, and projects simultaneously

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
