What You’ll Do:
✅ Perform in-home HVAC service calls with precision and professionalism
✅  Build strong customer relationships by educating and offering the right solutions
✅ Diagnose heating/cooling issues and recommend the best repair or replacement options
✅ Maintain a clean, organized work truck and job site—because details matter
✅ Fully utilize ServiceTitan (our dispatch and job management system) to log findings, update work details, and document jobs with photos
✅ Communicate with dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and job execution
✅ Deliver 5-star service—every customer, every time

What You’ll Get:
✅ Earning Potential: $28.00 – $52.00/hour DOE
✅ Work/Life Balance: Monday – Friday, generally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What You Bring to the Team (Basic Qualifications):

2+ years Residential HVAC service/maintenance experience– including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades

 Demonstrated understanding of HVAC codes and how to apply them in real-world scenarios

Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely

Strong communication skills—both verbal and written

Demonstrated ability with math and measurements

Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching
