Job Description:

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician at Crown Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality HVAC services to our residential clients. You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for providing our customers with options to help improve their quality of living regarding indoor air quality.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a wide range of HVAC system repairs and maintenance tasks in residential settings.
Diagnose issues in HVAC systems, components, and equipment accurately and provide effective solutions.
Maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
Communicate clearly with clients to explain issues, propose recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry standards while working on-site.
Maintain accurate records of materials used, work completed, and time spent on each project.
Stay updated with the latest HVAC technology, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in a similar role.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems and components.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
