Residential HVAC Sales Advisor (Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales)

Godby Heating Plumbing Electrical – Indianapolis, IN

Typical earnings: $75,000 – $100,000+ annually (base + commission + spiffs)

We’re hiring a Residential Sales Advisor to help homeowners make informed decisions about their HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. You’ll conduct in-home assessments, recommend solutions, build relationships, and close deals that improve comfort and reliability in our customers’ homes.

What You’ll Do

Conduct in-home assessments & system evaluations

Present tailored HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions

Manage leads and sales pipeline from first contact to close

Build lasting customer relationships and ensure follow-through

What We’re Looking For

Strong people skills and the ability to build trust quickly

Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented

Prior sales or customer-facing experience (HVAC/trades a plus)

Comfortable managing multiple leads and following through on details

ServiceTitan experience is a plus
