Primary Responsibilities

• Manage follow-ups on inbound leads, referrals, and past customer opportunities
• Maintain detailed CRM notes, documentation, and consistent client communication
• Coordinate seamless handoff to production and operations teams after contract signing
• Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Requirements:
• Background in residential roofing, siding, windows, or exterior construction sales preferred
• Proven success with in-home sales presentations and closing techniques
• Comfortable working in the field, including roof evaluations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
