Upper Valley Services (UVS) is one of Vermont’s designated non-profit agencies serving people with developmental disabilities and adults who are eligible for Adult Family Care.
UVS is seeking a compassionate and skilled team leader to oversee one of our staffed homes. The Residential Coordinator ensures quality life supports through facilitation and coordination of the overall health and wellbeing, personal interests, and goals of the individual served. Will collaborate with other team specialists, clinicians and leaders. Additionally, this role is responsible for the supervision and development of Greene Hill staff which includes but is not limited to oversight and provision of supports, development of shift schedules, oversight of training, documentation, and the maintenance and cleanliness of the home.

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to remain calm in difficult or emergency situations
Assure the safety and wellbeing of the individual residing in the home
Ability to work flexible hours
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in Human Services or related field with a minimum of 2 years working with people with developmental disabilities
Minimum of 2 years supervisory and administrative experience
Experience supporting individuals with complex developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs
