We are hiring an experienced Residential Remodeling Site Superintendent to oversee and actively contribute to home renovation projects in North Potomac, MD. You will coordinate trades, manage daily site logistics, and ensure each project in North Potomac, MD is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day residential remodeling operations in North Potomac, MD.
• Actively perform hands-on construction work including framing, trimming, digging, and whatever it takes to complete the job.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors to maintain proper workflow and project sequencing.
• Manage material deliveries to prevent delays and maintain steady productivity.
