Position Available

Role Title: Residential Cleaning Technician

Location: Sudbury, ON

Job Type: Part-Time with the potential of Full-Time

Schedule: Days, Evenings, and Weekends

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including but limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping windows/surfaces, etc.

Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas s

Communicating professional with supervisor(s) and clients

Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, stock issues, client issues etc.…

Ensure to disarm and arm security systems if applicable

Safeguard Alarm Codes & Keys

Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is consistently maintained and meets company standards

Follow company health and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

Valid driver’s license with own mode of transportation

Must be flexible and available days, evenings, and weekends

Must be bondable and legally able to work in Canada

Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but not required

Personable and professional communication skills

Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50lbs

Physically able to perform repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, standing, pushing, pulling, wiping)

Strong time management and organization skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits

Wage Range: $18.50-$20/hour
