Residential Civil Project Manager - Land Development & Design

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead residential land development projects from planning and design through approvals and construction delivery in St. Charles, MO. This full-time role focuses on project coordination, technical oversight, and strong client communication to ensure residential civil design projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Civil Project Manager, you will manage multiple residential development projects, overseeing grading, drainage, and utility designs while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and municipal agencies. Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential site development projects including grading, drainage, and utility design in St. Charles, MO
