Monday - Friday 0800hrs - 1606hrs

The Resident Care & Wellbeing Coordinator is the heart-beat of any residence that sets the tone of the home for our residents and will lead our Wellbeing team in creating and delivering meaningful, engaging lifestyle programs for our residents.

About You:

Certificate IV in Leisure & Health
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
At least 2 years’ experience as a Resident Care & Wellbeing Coordinator (Lifestyle Coordinator, Resident Wellbeing Coordinator) in Aged Care
Ability to be creative, compassionate and supportive in the development of a quality Lifestyle program
Ability to lead and mentor Wellbeing Assistants to deliver successful lifestyle activities
Ability to build effective, positive relationships with residents, families, team members and other colleagues
Well-developed written, verbal and presentation along with excellent communication skills
Ability to accept the many differences our multi-cultural community may embrace and help maintain each resident’s dignity and preferences
Willingness to embrace new technology, software systems and social media
Ability to problem solve and use initiative to maximise positive outcomes
