We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Resident Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will be the heart of our bar operations, crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering outstanding guest experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence. As a Resident Bartender, you will work collaboratively with our team to maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and professionalism while building lasting relationships with our valued guests.

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and beverages with precision and consistency, adhering to established recipes and bar standards
• Engage warmly with guests during their visit, taking orders and delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations
• Maintain accurate inventory of bar stock, spirits, and operating supplies, ensuring optimal par levels are consistently met
• Ensure the bar and related areas meet rigorous hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and coordinate with relevant departments to address any operational needs
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of classic and international cocktails, spirits, and beverage offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, managing transactions and maintaining detailed records
• Support the bar team in achieving daily sales targets and revenue goals through exceptional service and upselling initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the bar workspace at all times
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless operations and consistent service delivery
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to feedback or concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Adhere to all fire safety, emergency procedures, and health regulations as required by local authorities

**Required Skills and Experience:**

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on bartending experience in a similar hospitality establishment
• Demonstrated expertise in mixing and preparing classic and international cocktails
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and other alcoholic beverages
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent cash handling abilities with strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage guests at all levels
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work across diverse backgrounds and departments

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Certification in Food Hygiene and Safety (or equivalent certification recognized in India)

• Multilingual abilities, particularly knowledge of local languages spoken in Udaipur
