Your role in the journey

As Reservations Specialist, you are the voice of our hotel — the first impression and the first step in a guest’s unforgettable journey. You’ll handle every reservation with care, clarity and confidence.

Your responsibilities include:

• Recording and managing all reservation requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Responding to inquiries within 24 hours, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Encouraging upselling and contributing to monthly revenue targets.
• Staying informed about hotel rates, packages, availability and promotions.
• Monitoring daily arrivals and ensuring guest requests are fulfilled.
• Supporting guest satisfaction by following up on feedback and special requests.
• Attending briefings, events and training to stay sharp and inspired.
