Pullman Sydney Airport is located in the heart of Mascot Business Park and only a short walk from Mascot train station. The 5-star hotel features 229 contemporary rooms and suites, Mobius Bar & Grill, and premium conference and events facilities designed for creative thinkers and modern business travellers. 
We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Reservations Sales Agent to join our team on a Full Time basis. 
Reporting to the Revenue / Reservations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service while maximising room revenue opportunities through effective reservations management.
Key Responsibilities 
• Handle hotel reservations via phone, email, and online booking channels  
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest enquiries  
• Maximise revenue opportunities through upselling and promoting hotel services  
• Maintain accurate guest information and booking details in Opera PMS  
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams  
• Ensure all reservations are processed efficiently and accurately  
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and local area information  
• Assist with group reservations and special guest requests when required  
 
• Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office preferred  
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office preferred  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively  
• Positive attitude with a strong guest service focus  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills  
• Full Australian working rights required
