SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations department, ensuring efficient handling of guest bookings, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the reservations department to ensure seamless booking processes.
• Collaborate with revenue management and sales teams to implement strategies that maximize room occupancy and profitability.
• Monitor reservation trends, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain and update reservation systems, including rates, availability, and distribution channels.
• Train and lead the reservations team to achieve high performance and excellent guest service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any booking-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and partners.
• Work closely with other departments such as front office, marketing, and sales to ensure a consistent guest experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in reservations management within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel operations.
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems, distribution channels, and revenue management principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Customer-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
