In this role, you'll ensure that all reservations are accurately booked and managed, and that our students' stay is as smooth as possible. The Reservations Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate student records on the in-house booking system, ensuring data quality across all quoting and booking platforms, and helping the Admissions team provide class-leading customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting bookings into EC’s central booking system and making any subsequent amendments. Sending confirmation documents to agents.
Preparing the visa letters and letters of acceptance as required by visa applications.
Generating Reports for Admissions on a weekly and daily basis.
Training and working closely with Interns.
Keep up to date with market needs and special offers.
Updating systems database to ensure they reflect correct products, pricing, and agent commissions.
Following up on students’ arrival details and necessary waiver forms and ensuring that information is available for Centres to provide a welcome service to students on arrival.
Other duties as assigned according to the needs of the Admissions Department
Education Required
Post-secondary level of education
Good command of written and spoken English
Education Desired:
Bachelor's degree
Fluency in other languages (Italian/French/Spanish)
Experience Required:
Reservation systems / CRM
Microsoft Office
Customer service experience
Tech Savvy
Being able to read financial documents (eg. invoices, commission).
Experience Desired:
EFL/ESL Industry experience
Experience in a similar position
Well-travelled
