As the Reservations Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing reservation operations and ensuring exceptional service is provided to our guests in this luxury setting.

About the role:

• Supervise the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring optimal efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
• Utilize property management systems effectively to manage inventory, pricing, and availability.
• Analyze reservation trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor the reservations team to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients to enhance business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and packages that attract customers.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, occupancy levels, and revenue forecasts to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adept at leading and motivating a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
