As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations effectively while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position requires exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and hotel services to guests.
• Handle modifications and cancellations of bookings professionally.
• Work closely with the front office and sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences.
• Ensure a seamless and personalized experience for guests.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a reservations or front office role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
