Reservations Agent

At Accor, our Revenue professionals are ambassadors of engaging service and authentically local experiences in places of unrivalled presence. As a Reservations Agent, you will be receiving reservations, booking changes and cancellations over various booking channels for the Swissôtel Clark and Widus Hotel. You are responsible for answering and responding effectively and efficiently to all enquiries on Hotel reservations in a knowledgeable, courteous and prompt manner. 

Knowledge and Experience 

• Previous experience of the same position preferred. 
• University/College degree in a related discipline is an asset. 
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows applications and Opera PMS. 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. 
• Highly responsible & reliable. 
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. 
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. 
• Ability to handle many conflicting priorities at the same time.
