• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
• Provide guests with information about room types, rates, hotel facilities, and promotions
• Process, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the hotel management system
• Upsell hotel rooms, packages, and additional services to increase revenue
• Maintain updated knowledge of room availability and pricing
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and complaints
• Prepare reservation reports and maintain accurate guest records
• Support group bookings and corporate account reservations when needed
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Opera).
• Sales-oriented mindset with upselling abilities
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work shifts
