We’re hiring a highly organized Research Project Operations Coordinator to keep multiple research projects structured, on schedule, and well-documented. You’ll own the project tracker, run meeting rhythms, coordinate across research, data collection, and business development, enforce quality/formatting standards, and surface bottlenecks early so leadership can focus on insight quality and client outcomes.
Requirements:
Project Tracking & Coordination
• Maintain the master Project Tracker (Notion/ClickUp/Asana) with daily updates on scope, deadlines, owners, and status.
• Monitor progress against deliverables; flag delays/risks with clear recommendations.
Meeting Cadence & Communication
• Schedule weekly planning/progress/review meetings; prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items with owners and due dates.
• Streamline internal communication between Research Associates, Analysts, and Field/Data Collection leads.
Operational Organization
• Build timelines, task boards, and checklists per project.
• Ensure briefs, survey links, datasets, and draft deliverables are correctly filed, version-controlled, and accessible.
Quality & Delivery Support
• Track review/feedback cycles and enforce formatting/submission standards across all reports.
• Compile inputs from teams and assemble draft client deliverables; verify completeness before submission.
Process & System Improvement
• Identify recurring workflow gaps; help standardize SOPs, templates, and checklists with measurable adoption.
• Maintain accurate databases of clients, projects, and research resources.
Reporting
• Issue a concise weekly operations summary (status, delays, risks, next-week plan).
• Produce a monthly dashboard of project performance and bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 2+ years in project coordination/operations (multi-project or PMO environment).
• Arabic and English: excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proficiency with Notion / ClickUp / Asana (or similar), plus Excel/Google Sheets and Docs.
• Demonstrated discipline in tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items (24-hour follow-up).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in research/consulting/data-driven projects.
• Familiarity with research workflows (surveys, field ops, data QA/cleaning, analysis, reporting).
• Process mindset: able to design/roll out SOPs, templates, checklists and simple KPI dashboards.
• Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working with limited supervision.
