Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Research & Sales Networking Interns to join our team on a part-time basis. As an intern, you will help expand our reach by connecting with academic professors, researchers, and institutions to promote andonboard them onto the Peira Network platform. This role blends research, outreach, and sales, providing a unique opportunity to hone networking, communication, and academic engagement skills while contributing to a mission-driven, innovative company.

Key Responsibilities
● Networking & Outreach:

• Leverage your academic connections to identify and contact professors, researchers, and academic institutions who could benefit from Peira’s platform.

• Build and nurture relationships with key academic stakeholders, such as department heads, research coordinators, and faculty members.

• Represent Peira Network at virtual or in-person academic events, webinars, or conferences to promote the platform.

● Research & Lead Generation:

• Research potential academic partners, including universities, research institutes, and individual researchers in social sciences, behavioral studies, or related fields.

• Analyze academic publications, grant programs, or research trends to identify opportunities for platform adoption.

• Maintain a database of leads, tracking outreach efforts and engagement
progress.

● Sales & Onboarding Support:

• Pitch Peira’s platform to professors and institutions via emails, calls, or virtual demos, emphasizing its value for survey design, experiments, and blockchain-based data security.

• Support interested parties through the onboarding process, collaborating with the Peira team to ensure a smooth experience.

• Collect user feedback to inform product enhancements and improve adoption.

● Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with Peira’s marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies with company objectives.

• Provide regular updates on outreach efforts, lead progress, and networking outcomes via team meetings or reports.

Qualifications
● Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in social sciences, psychology, business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
● Strong interest in academic research, blockchain technology, or decentralized platforms.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging professors and academic professionals.
● Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
● Basic research skills, with experience using academic databases, LinkedIn, or similar tools for lead generation.
● Familiarity with sales or outreach processes is a plus but not required.
● Access to an academic network (e.g., professors, research groups, or university contacts) is highly desirable.
● Ability to commit to 10 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours or transition to full-time by mutual agreement.
