About the Role

Argenta is seeking a Research & Development Analytical Scientist to join our Global CDO team at our Shawnee, KS facility. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to contribute to our Global CDO team and showcase their ability to muti-task.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis and experiments for active pharmaceutical ingredients and pharmaceutical products as per project requirements

Assist in the development of new products and processes as per compliance and regulatory requirements

Assist with the technology transfer (methods and products) from Argenta Research into Argenta Manufacturing

Support the Research & Development efforts of the company by providing scientific and technical support for the development of new products.

Create and maintain activity plans for assigned projects

Generate, document and review technical data for internal reports, client reports and CMC regulatory support documents.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in science related field

Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry, animal health industry or related field preferred

Previous experience in analytical pharmaceutical development preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities

Ability to work with outside customers and clients
