Research Associate Protein Science (gn)

Your mission:
• Collaboration on multidisciplinary and challenging research projects in industrial drug development
• Purification of proteins on a laboratory scale using state-of-the-art chromatographic techniques
• Expression of recombinant proteins in various cell types
• Analysis of proteins using various biochemical and biophysical methods
• Careful documentation of your work steps in accordance with our internal regulations and our customers' specifications

Your profile:
• You have successfully completed your training as a CTA/MTA/BTA, chemistry/biology laboratory assistant, or bachelor's/master's degree in biology or biochemistry (no doctorate).
• Thanks to your training and/or professional experience, you are familiar with protein chemistry and molecular biology working methods. In particular, you are familiar with chromatographic FPLC methods for purifying proteins on a laboratory scale. 
• You are motivated, curious, and enjoy innovative and challenging tasks. 
• You demonstrate great care and organizational skills when working on projects in the laboratory. 
• You are characterized by your independent working style, ability to work in a team, willingness to communicate, service orientation, and interest in new methods. 
• You have good MS Office skills and enjoy working with modern documentation and evaluation software.
• You have good English and German language skills.
