General information:
The Chair of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technological Transformation invites applications for a 70% position of Research Assistant/Doctoral Student (f/m/d) located at WHU Campus Vallendar (Starting date as soon as possible). In this role, your work placement will be primarily focused on becoming a core team member of WHU's Entrepreneurship Center, actively shaping its initiatives.
Your mission:
• You will conduct research activities on the topic of data-driven entrepreneurship
• You will lead activities at the WHU Entrepreneurship Center (https://www.whu.edu/ec)
• You have the option to conduct a PhD at the Chair of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technological Transformation
Your profile:
• You have relevant experience in supporting/coaching startup teams
• You have an excellent MSc degree in Management, Business Psychology, Business Engineering, or Data Science and you are interested in the topic of entrepreneurship
• You have an interest in applying data analytics, machine learning and/or generative AI for research activities
• You have at least basic experience with Python or similar coding languages
• You are experienced in quantitative research methods (for instance, you have conducted a quantitative study for your MSc thesis)
• You are fluent in speaking and writing German
