ARCHIMED is looking for a Research Analyst to join the People Value Creation Team, part of the firm’s operating platform supporting leadership and organizational development across the portfolio.
This role sits at the center of executive hiring and leadership advisory for ARCHIMED’s portfolio companies.
You will work closely with ARCHIMED partners, portfolio company CEOs, and senior executives across the global healthcare ecosystem to help identify and recruit leaders capable of scaling high-growth companies under private equity ownership.
This is a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to CEO and C-suite recruitment, talent strategy, and leadership evaluation within a leading global healthcare investor.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Search Execution
• Support the execution of CEO, C-suite and senior leadership searches across ARCHIMED portfolio companies
• Develop talent maps and long lists across relevant healthcare sectors
• Identify and assess senior executives across global healthcare companies
Candidate Development
• Engage with potential candidates and support early-stage screening discussions
• Conduct background research and prepare structured candidate evaluations
• Maintain candidate pipelines throughout the search process
Market Intelligence & Research
• Conduct sector and company research to inform search strategy
• Track leadership movements and talent trends across key healthcare sectors
• Contribute to market intelligence and talent insights supporting hiring decisions
Search Process Management
• Coordinate interview processes with candidates, portfolio CEOs and ARCHIMED partners
• Maintain search trackers and internal reporting across active mandates
• Ensure a professional and efficient candidate experience
Leadership Advisory Support
• Support management assessment during investment due diligence
• Contribute to broader initiatives around leadership development and organizational capability across the portfolio
Requirements:
We are looking for an analytical and curious professional, with an interest in leadership, private equity and the healthcare sector.
Typical background includes:
• 2–5 years of experience, ideally in:
• Executive search
• Management consulting
• Investment banking
• Private equity
• Healthcare
• Strong research and analytical capabilities
• Ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Professional maturity and discretion when handling confidential matters
• Fluent French & English
