Job Description

Als Requirement Engineer im Scrum-Team eines Versicherungsunternehmen arbeitest du in einem Greenfield-Projekt zur Einführung einer neuen Digitalisierungs-Software. Du stellst sicher, dass die benötigten Anforderungen strukturiert analysiert, sauber dokumentiert und in umsetzbare User Stories und Arbeitspakete überführt werden.

Du arbeitest eng mit REs, BAs, Entwicklern und dem Business zusammen und leistest einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu diesem strategisch wichtigen Vorhaben des Versicherungsunternehmen.

Aufgaben

• Analyse und Strukturierung der Anforderungen im Rahmen der Software-Einführung

• Erstellung klarer, präziser und nachvollziehbarer User Stories / Use Cases in Jira/Confluence

• Abstimmung der Anforderungen mit Stakeholdern und Sicherstellung von Vollständigkeit und Qualität

• Management von Anforderungsänderungen und Bewertung deren Auswirkungen

• Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellen, dass umgesetzte Lösungen den definierten Anforderungen entsprechen (z. B. Reviews, Tests)
