 Should have at least 4-8 years of performance testing experience with at least 4+ years using LoadRunner tool

 Excellent customer handling and communication skill

 Must have worked with complex data set up

 Integrated different types of data and parameterized the scripts with data from different input sources

 Should be able to do scripting and analysis with LoadRunner tool

 Should have worked with monitoring tools like Introscope, site scope etc., and should be able to analyze the results from these tools

 Should be able to analyze the LoadRunner results and identify the bottle necks to the application team

 Provide suggestions and recommendations on areas where the application can be fine-tuned

 Good database knowledge (Oracle or SQL server), to the level of understanding the procedures/queries/SQL statements (Desired)
