Job Description

Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. 1.Planning

 1）Define requirement management plan for project.

2.Execution & Tracking

1) Manage the Requirement Engineering Team. 

2) Configure the defined default RM tool according to project and customer needs. 

3) Choose re-use concept in terms of customer needs. (Customer specification based) 

4) Define the structure of the requirements documents (e.g.: Usage of Open item list for requirements) 

5) Setup the requirements Tracing Concept. 

6) Select the requirements Metrics. 

7) Apply the Requirements Change Process. 

8) Clarify identified stakeholder requirement  inconsistencies in terms of formal checks as version/validity (e.g.: doc versions) with internal stakeholders and customer. 

9) Ensure that the OEM specific requirements engineering processes are considered and applied. 

10) Ensure LTR requirement related to project analyzed 

11) Create necessary data for reporting purposes out of all stakeholder requirement sources. 

3.Report & Escalation

1) Report the tracibility of requirement .

2) Escalate to PM /TPL when  the completeness of requirement analysis do not achieve the target level required by each MLC/Gate Release.

• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience about product development for over 2 years desirable.
• Familiar with requirements management.
• With know how on database knowledge.
• Experience working in international / cross cultural teams.
