Hi,

We required Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant. These

are direct hire permanent jobs with full benefits. If you are

Position : Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant

Position type : Fulltime/Perm

Location : City / Township / Village : ANY CITY

Travel Required: Up to 75% or 4 days a week (home on weekends -

based on project requirements)

Required Education : Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Experience • At least 2 years experience in IT / Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) implementation

• At least 2 years experience in business processes including
analysis and requirements gathering

• At least 2 years experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)
/ Human Resources

• At least 2 years experience in deploying HCM SaaS software
solutions (i.e., Workday, SuccessFactors, etc)

• Certified in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and in
Compensation or Benefits

• Anticipating certification in Workday Human Capital Management
(HCM) and in Compensation or Benefits within 30 days

-In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to interact
directly with clients. As such, travel to client sites may be
required, up to 4 days per week. Preferred candidates will live
within a 50 mile radius of a major airport.
