We are currently hiring for International Inbound technical Support Process for the position of Snr.Process Technician or Technical Support Associates.

Process: Inbound Technical Support

Location: Kolkata

Salary: up to 24K

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass with fluency in english

Criteria:

Must have experience in Outbound or Inbound Technical Support in International BPO

Should have good convincing skill

Must have good command over English

Flexible for night shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling pop up calls from US customers with issues related to the computer peripherals
• Troubleshooting customers systems and resolve all the issues.
• Help them out with necessary solutions and close the calls and cases.

Freshers with B.Tech and IOS knowledge are preferable...
