What will you do?

As a Repro Operator, you will be responsible for a wide range of printing, scanning, and finishing activities. You operate advanced reprographic equipment, monitor output quality, and ensure all tasks are executed efficiently and accurately. You take pride in delivering well‑finished materials and enjoy managing the full process from initial request to final product.

You also play an important role in managing and maintaining the stock of paper, office supplies, and other essential materials.
 

Tasks and responsibilities

• Processing incoming orders and routing them efficiently to the correct equipment.

• Operating high‑quality reprographic machines, such as printers, finishing equipment, and scanners.

• Checking output quality and taking corrective action when needed.

• Communicating with internal requesters to ensure clear instructions and correct documentation.

• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all print jobs.

• Collaborating closely with the Sales department on specific requests.

• Managing and maintaining stock levels of paper and other supplies.
 

What do we ask of you?

• Completed MBO education in Print Media or Graphic Design (preferred).

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Hands‑on experience with professional reprographic equipment.

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Ability to perform under tight deadlines and stay focused under pressure.

• Accurate, organized, and detail‑oriented.

• Good command of both Dutch and English.
 

The Team

The Repro department is responsible for producing a wide variety of printed and digital materials, such as marketing collateral, reports, labels, manuals, and more. We support many internal departments—from Marketing & Communications to Engineering—by delivering high‑quality, reliable reprographic services including printing, scanning, laminating, cutting, and binding.
