نبحث عن ممثل/ـة مركز اتصال للانضمام إلى فريق خدمة العملاء لدينا في مدينة جده. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولًا عن الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر الهاتف ومنصات التواصل الأخرى، والتعامل مع الشكاوى، والمساهمة في تقديم تجربة مميزة للعملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر الهاتف ووسائل التواصل الأخرى (مثل البريد الإلكتروني، الدردشة المباشرة، أو تطبيقات التواصل).
• التعامل مع الشكاوى وحل المشكلات بكفاءة واحترافية.
• تحقيق رضا العملاء وضمان تقديم تجربة ممتازة.
