La oportunidad

¿Eres un/a SDR/BDR con experiencia y estás buscando llevar tu carrera al siguiente nivel? Estamos buscando un/a Business Development Representative (BDR) talentoso/a y persistente para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestro pipeline. Esta es una oportunidad única para unirte a un equipo en etapa temprana, trabajar directamente con el liderazgo y vender un producto que resuelve un problema crítico para CFOs.

Responsabilidades

Identificar e investigar cuentas potenciales en EE. UU. dentro del perfil de cliente ideal para alcanzar los objetivos de pipeline.

Realizar llamadas de discovery para identificar pain points y mapearlos con las soluciones de Nilus. Comunicar claramente nuestra propuesta de valor y los beneficios del producto, alineados con el mensaje de la empresa.

Contactar y activar prospectos a través de teléfono, LinkedIn, email, video y otras herramientas de ventas y marketing para generar nuevo interés y oportunidades de negocio.

Trabajar con herramientas de operaciones de GTM (como Clay, Lemlist y Nooks) y mantener actualizada la actividad de leads en el CRM y plataformas relevantes.

Experimentar con nuevas estrategias, analizar qué está funcionando y compartir feedback con el equipo.

Colaborar con el equipo de AEs y GTM para refinar estrategias, optimizar procesos de ventas y gestionar reportes.

Requisitos

1–2 años de experiencia como SDR/BDR en empresas B2B SaaS, preferentemente fintech.

Inglés a nivel nativo — requisito excluyente.

Ubicación en Buenos Aires (preferido) — remoto en Argentina es posible, pero con disponibilidad para trabajar en horario completo de EE. UU.

Perfil autónomo, con rapidez para aprender y orientado/a a objetivos.

Afinidad con tecnología y capacidad para aprender nuevas plataformas para el seguimiento del trabajo.

Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral.

Experiencia en finanzas, tesorería o contabilidad — un plus.
