Descripción del Rol Se busca un Representante de atención al cliente bilingüe, orientado al detalle y con experiencia previa en agencias de seguros independientes. Serás el principal punto de contacto para los asegurados, brindando soporte profesional, preciso y oportuno. El rol requiere excelente comunicación, organización y una mentalidad enfocada en servicio dentro de un entorno de seguros dinámico y de ritmo acelerado.
Responsabilidades Servir como punto de contacto principal para clientes existentes vía teléfono, correo y sistemas internos. Responder de forma rápida y profesional a consultas sobre pólizas, coberturas y servicios de la agencia. Gestionar múltiples solicitudes relacionadas con pólizas: actualizaciones, cambios, aclaraciones y seguimiento. Mantener registros precisos y actualizados en los sistemas de gestión de la agencia. Asegurar que todas las comunicaciones cumplan con políticas internas y requisitos regulatorios. Dar seguimiento a pendientes para garantizar tiempos de respuesta adecuados. Proporcionar un servicio excepcional que fortalezca la relación y retención a largo plazo con los clientes.
