Reporting & Data Visualization Lead Reporting & Data Visualization Lead is responsible for developing comprehensive Client analytics and reporting for the FX business. This function will be instrumental for informing Product and Go-to-Market strategies and decision-making pertaining to rolling out as well as delivery of business-critical projects spanning across LSEG divisions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own technical build, implementation, and maintenance of client inventories as well as program reporting dashboards. This includes: Evolving FXall in Workspace dashboards and FXall client inventory Operationalize a draft version of the Matching client inventory Build reporting for other key programmes, such as SWAPS and Matching migrations Build a combined client inventory compiling data on FXall, Matching and other FX products incl. user data, licensing, usage and permissioning Create reporting joining data from across two key company databases, CMDF and EDW CANDIDATE PROFILE: Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL. Advanced experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development. Python (preferred, but not mandatory). Experience: Proven track record in leveraging visualization tools to create dashboards and deliver actionable client insights. The position is located in our Gdynia office and it requires you presence in the office at least 3 times a week. Career Stage: Manager Compensation Information: LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł198,500 - zł330,900. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
