Requirements:
Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain existing BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Investigate discrepancies between BI reports, ERP data, and business expectations.
• Assist in defining, validating, and documenting business logic and KPIs.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to Finance, Sales, and Management teams.
• Perform data discovery and analysis across multiple data sources.
• Extract, analyze, and transform large datasets using SQL Server and Excel to prepare reliable datasets for reporting and business insights.
• Execute monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into reporting requirements.
• Contribute to report standardization and reduction of manual Excel-based processes.
• Document reports, assumptions, and logic to ensure knowledge continuity within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or other related field master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in in BI, Reporting, or Data Analysis roles.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, TARGIT, or similar).
• Familiarity with SQL Server relational databases and the SQL language for querying datasets.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to understand and work with business KPIs, preferably in sales or retail-related environments.
• Proactive mindset with ownership of analytics and reporting processes.
• Structured and analytical thinking with the ability to explain how numbers are derived.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
