Position: Reporting Analyst - ServiceNow

Datacom Location: Australia (excluding WA).

About the Role

The Service Now Reporting Analyst is responsible for integrating data, develop, maintain and improve operational report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and provide analysis as required in Service Now. This person is also required to deliver internal trainings and high level webinars to our customers as well as support the business with Service Now inbuilt reporting questions and queries.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain reporting databases and perform updates as necessary
• Develop and examine data to locate and resolve anomalies.
• Collect and analyse data for reports.
• Create effective business reports that provide insight.
• Support the wider business through relevant analysis and reporting & training.
• Develop creative solutions to complexities in the analysis.
• Support the business with reporting enquires

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working in a Managed Service Environment
• Skilled in PowerBI and ServiceNow reporting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.
• Strong Technical documentation skills.
• Ability to frequently interact and network with a variety of stakeholders in own area of expertise.
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organisational goals.
• Strong consultative and planning skills
• Good understanding of Fabric, Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW), and dimensional data modelling concepts is desirable.
• Ability to obtain baseline clearance (citizens with no criminal convictions)
